Shady. Received a pre-paid Master Card as a gift and have been unable to use it.

I have contacted the company 4 times so far and they want my name, address, and Social Security number to "activate" the card. I will not release that information. I have asked repeatedly to speak to a supervisor and have been told there isn't one. Each time I call, I am told that the card is now activated and then when I attempt to use it - it is denied.

I don't understand why they need my Social Security number to "activate" a card that has already been loaded with money. I would imagine most people would have given up already and then they just pocket the money.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Same thing happened to me. Now they have my money and will not send me a refund check for 120 days because i will not give them personal info.
