I am still waiting on the complete outcome of the situation but so far NetSpend has been extremely helpful very polite and has taking a lot of time to answer my questions figure out what has happened and let me know all of the transaction history as well as every outcome possible to my situation moving forward

Unnecessary amount of Red Tape and the run-around that would make a marathon look like the 400yd dash.

My account is locked and for reasons unbeknownst to me. I have submitted the documents that were requested and they said it would be done in 6 hours; it's been 3 days.

When I called, they gave me the hassle to end all hassles and now I have to resubmit the document. Why the first document wasn't approved is still an unsolved mystery, and yet without any specific criteria needing to be filled or knowing what was wrong with the one I sent in. I'm supposed to send in another, but this time make it more sparkly. I seriously can't believe they are legally allowed to hold up someone's finances and practically hold hostage the ability to freely spend my money as needed.

I will not be doing business with NetSpend after this is taken care of. It's a poor business model with even worse customer service.
