I am a new customer. I received a link from a friend to open a new account and when i entered all the requested information and tried to open an account and tried to log in i get a message stating that the account is locked or blocked and to call customer service.

I tried to call customer service and that doesn't work because i dont have a card and my ssn isnt on file so i cannot get past the initial prompts.

Can someone please help me with this issue and help me open a new account. I would greatly appreciate it.

I'm waiting for a minute I thought it was great unprofessional and the more I gave my information the more they said that I had to wait for my own money I thought it was very imperfectable and I did not appreciate it and I would not recommend these companies to anyone and I mean that thank you

I'm pissed bec my money and I want my money someone stoled from me ,I had to watch as my money was being taken off my card 9180 last numbers on my card support been protected but wasn't I pay 9 dollars a month so I can see my transaction y'all offered me what good is it If it can be stolen on line off my card I had in my pocket book on me in Knoxville Tennessee and someone had my information on line and when I got it disputed by you all it's going down for 900$ in Less 5 minutes when I saw it was being spent ,I have got Lupus so not able to travel ,so they say transaction was made at a Circle K in Heritage Tennessee on line somehow I didn't know where this county was til y'all said it was threw that store somehow over 2 hours and 45 minutes away from my home in Knoxville Tennessee, so yall should replace my money all but the 78$ that y'all stop ,I need my money I load then cards every month to pay bills in Knoxville Tennessee ,so scammers got me for my money .I had another one your cards I had loaded at Dollar store so by time I tryd get stopped I only had 78$ from 900$ from 9180 card and had to have them put on the other NetSpend I just had .so I need my refund as soon as possible for my bills ,I been a customer for many years but scared to load cards ,until my money is replaced you said by 21st of February it didI got dispute numbers address number of a place ive never been . So please replace my money y'all just ask me if I wanted direct deposit my disability check ,I said y'all couldn't protect my money this money I loaded myself from dollar Store in Knoxville Tennessee only . Please put my money on new card y'all put 78$ that was left off the 9180 number and you canceled my card 9180 so we got get my money back on my other NetSpend card. Please get this done immediately this is awful what happen to me that my bill money all I had except what on other card I got to from NetSpend . Help me please now I was robbed
