I filed a dispute and they tell me i have to wait 18 days before they can tell me anything. I have been a customer for over ten years and feel like they dont care about the mess this has caused in my life this month.

Because it is taking so long my electric was shut off for four days till i could get the money to pay it. Had they released my money in a timely maner this would not have happened. When i text or call all they say is the same script awnser, " no information is avalable until the 17 of january. " i filed the dispute on the 30th of december.

Why does it take so long ? They say im a valued customer but they dont care. I asked to talk to anyone in the dispute dep. And asked why it is taking so long and i always get the same scripted awnser, and they dont awnser the questions i ask.

This is ***. They are creating more financial problems for me.

If i was truly a "valued customer" ( and i have been for years ) it would seem they would try to help insted of always saying they wont know anything for 18 days. Let me talk to someone with awnsers.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

That's it !!!?Really the lady her ligth shut off your least contact her and resolve the problem ASAP or offer to pay her. Bill since you cause er the problem fix it so she can be happy and show confidence am good faith towards our costumers
