I have been with Netspend for two years and never had a problem until now. In January of this year I received my refund check and on January 29th someone did an unauthorized transaction of $1283.89 onto my account and I made a reported this to them in April.

After calling many times this the status of this claim I was old that I needed a police report and notorized document; they waws suppose to email the document to me but no email never came and then I was told that it was been mailed to me.

It was mailed but no document was in the envelope; a call was placed back to them several times but after I finally received it and returned the information I was told that they did not receive the information on time. I have been fighting to get My money back because it is not this company and I have a family to take care of.

I am going threw this with netspend right now. 1500.00 in fradulent charges that I DID NOT MAKE-and their investigation came back "No error found with transactions"....CLOSED!!

I'm thinking about speaking w an attorney. This is crazy!

My wife had her $17,436.82 student loan from nursing school deposited into her netspend account. She doesn't work while she's in school and the money helps with our bills.

We lost our vehicle and about to lose our place to live. We have 2 young kids. We have called them everyday and the idiots that work there can't do anything. At first they said yes the money will go in and it was pending.

We have the text alerts everyday for weeks staying that the amount was pending. We cancelled the check because it never deposited into our account. Now they say they never had the check. They don't know what we are talking about.

They had the proof of deposit sent to them. We gave them the trace number of the check that bank of America gave us and netspend has it. We wanted them to send it back to bank of America. We don't know what to do.

Bank of America is trying g to help us and also her school. We have already waited a month for the money. We are behind on bills because of this. We gave netspend the trace number and they haven't come up with any information.

What do we do?? Anyone???

I had $800+ fraudulently transferred from my Netspend acct and I contacted them immediately and the money was back in my acct in 10 days. I hated having to wait but I did get it all back.

And that was the first time it happened. I had another fraudulent charge after that for $199 and that was also refunded. I've never had a problem getting a refund for a fraudulent charge and they have actually reached out to me if they see a suspicious charge. I'm waiting for a new card right now because of a fraudulent charge they notified me about.

My only issue is the fact that I have to wait 2 business days for an expedited shipment and was charged $25 to have it shipped quickly. In the mean time, I have no access to my money, which is very frustrating. I've called 3 times in the past 2 days trying to figure out how to access some of my money and I have had 3 different people in their customer service tell me 3 different stories. I also have an issue with the representatives and how difficult it is to understand most of them.

I have difficulty with ringing in my ears and their heavy accents aren't making it any easier. They need to have people with good speaking voices answering the phones, otherwise you can't understand a word that comes out of their marble-mouths.

I've been going through the same situation!!! I've called them over 7 times!

I got seven different answers! Some of them were very rude!!

I still haven't received my money and it's going on 2 weeks!! This is ***!!

Hey the something just happened to me I wanna know What to do I made a report and they gave me a confirmation number and they told me to go online and file a dispute but it keeps on downloading it but I'm gonna go on with that because the guy I talked to the first time had told me that my money will be on my card when I get because they temporary suspended the one I had until the new one came you can email me with any helpful tips you have

I Can understand what every one is going through I am in school and I have been putting money on my netspend card so I asked to have a new card sent out to me and then they said ok with know problem what so ever and then as soon as I activated my card a day later 1235.00 was missing from my account I am currently fighting what is going on I hope they don't take to long.

Attached took $100 off my card and I'm still trying to get it back to NetSpend first they told me that it would be back on within 24 to 48 hours then it was a week later then it was 23rd and now they're telling me it won't be until the 27th of next month I'm really getting sick and tired of it as soon as I get my $100 back from AT&T or NetSpend I'm going to change cards I'm going to go through someone else because this is bull

November 14,,2014 and November 15,2014, over $1200 within these two days were taken from my account. Weeks later on a Sunday I requested to speak to a Corporate Manager.

A man called me back that day from corporate stating, Your funds will be back in your account by tomorrow. When was Monday. The next day I called back. My account was close and access to my online account to view these transactions were blocked.

I contacted BBB, which gave no assistant whatsoever. Til this day I still haven't received any if my money.

Nespend jam up the phone lines which made it difficult to report or contact them. Card ending 5344.
