Locked out of account as soon as I get through the first step of activating my card. Even though I have been able to get into my account well before receiving the card.
You call them and it's the greatest thing ever. Someone who can barely speak a lick of english let alone understand them answers. You'll tell them that you have received an email saying your card is activated right? And then you'll go to log in and it'll say your account is locked.
So you call CS and get this, you'll say this is about your account being locked not your card being activated. Then they'll proceed to tell you that you haven't received an e-mail on your card. Like oh I guess im dumb and just seeing emails y'all sent me.
They won't do anything to help you with the account and just go on about your card. Got a bunch of half retarded, snaked charming, camel *** workin there.
