Netspend - Waiting
Got my card after calling them, everything worked out fine. No complaints now, used the money, cancelled the card. I didn't need to jump through hoops to prove my identity, etc.
I filed my taxes on Feb. 1.
Chose the netspend card for my refund. Recieved email that "$472.17 available after $472.17 Direct Deposit load from TAX PRODUCTS PE1 on Feb 7 at 3:10 PM". Have yet to recieve my card, so I have no idea what to do. Called, they said it was issued on Feb.
7 and should be to me on the 13th. I would have thought that they should have mailed a card on the same day as picking them for my refund.
They say that upon ordering a new card, it only takes a couple days, go figure.
Monetary Loss: $472.
