Netspend - Very pissed off customer!
On June 26, 2018 I used a popular bank in my city ATM I tried to withdraw $300 and was charged $3.50 for using there ATM. The ATM said I took to long to take my money and pulled it back into the machine and it would be returned to my account it wasnโt.
So I called that bank they said Netspend had to dispute it.
So I called them gave them all the information they said I would have my money by July 13 no money no there saying August if that bank checked there ATM at that time they would see there is a extra $300 but Netspend is playing around and not doing there job that is a lot of money to just say here. Netspend needs to do there job as I am a customer that have been with them for awhile get my money back.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $304.
Preferred solution: Full refund.

I had the same thing happen to and NetSpend never gave me my money back. I tried withdrawaling $200 the machine took my money and NetSpend charged me. I can't use their NetSpend cash app it never works.
