put money on the card tried activate the card over 10 times card still not activated. called customer service on Nov.

17, 2016 they asked if I wanted a refund I said yes, I've been calling theses people almost everyday behind my money. first they told me I have to wait 7to 10 business days no refund check. called them back on the day I was suppose to receive this check. they told me due to the holiday's it would be coming soon.

they told me to wait another 15 days nothing. now it is the new Years it was to come on yesterday nothing. I think something is illegal about this company why is it so hard to get your money back.

if you have been dealing with this card leave it alone it is a nightmare. I pray that this helped someone.
