I would not recommend this card to anyone. They charge fees for each transaction as well as an account maintenance fee.

If I choose to close the account, there is an additional $4.00 fee to get the remaining balance. I asked them to close the account. It is not worth $4.00 to get the remaining balance of $2.48 back. If I knew they had so many fees, I would have never got the card.

It is NOT worth it!!!!!!! The representative sent me a text saying my card was reported stolen and is now blocked. I guess she didn't like my opinion of their card and all of the fees. The card costs more to use than it is worth.

The representative was less than helpful. Also, very difficult to understand.

I hope other consumers read the reviews/complaints before they waste their money. I wish I had investigated further before I wasted my money.

The Netspend Prepaid Card does not charge concurrent transaction fees.

There are up to 3 different fee plans depending on which product you are using. The fee plans can be per transaction, per month with direct deposit, and per month with no direct deposit.

The account maintenance fee you are referring to, is activated when the account has not had any activity within 90 days.

These fees can be found within your terms and conditions which you agreed to when you activated your card.

These terms were also provided to you at the time of purchase. Again, we apologize for the inconvenience our product caused you.
