I have had a block on my card a number of time by the same issue I thought was fixed.I have called many times no help still.
I am on my cellphone and house phone waiting on a supervisor. I have uploaded pictures. The agents and supervisors are rude, cant help with nothing. I have been overcharge this month they made me upgrade and did explain how everything will change and my monthly 5 fee was no longer.
they should be shutdown. they are not helpful during Hurricane Harvey they block my card during a crisis. I have been waiting a hour for a supervisor.
I also cant no longer access my online acct.They I provided horrible serve.
