I got my direct deposit today 5 days late but I am closing this account and taking all my money off this card immediately. I dont want them to shut down again and then I cant access my money again.

This is a bad company and they will get no more of my business.

THis is crazy because they were not helpful at all. Had they been more supportive of their customers I might stay but becasue they were lying from the beginning I am no longer a customer of Netspend.

I suggest everybody close their accounts with Netspend and find another prepaid debit card. Brinks has a card and some others.

Or go to a credit union which charges lower fees. God BLess everyone who had to endure this nightmare.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $1200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Netspend Cons: Not having access tomy direct deposit for 5 days.
