Its paypal who took my information , its netspend that takes my money and PayPal that gives me Netspends customer service number when I call because I cant login to my PayPal prepaid card account. Does anyone else get the problem ?

They said I need to speak to an agent to use my card and usually I cant call the regular number. Would somebody please call me back on my phone is 352-710-**** because the email its telling me to get into I dont I cant get into it anymore.
. If I dont answer, would you please text me and tell me its too cause Ive been getting a lot of spam calls

Waiting period but not to sure.
During the time my account was active, I was never aware that right after I opened my account, someone hacked my NetSpend account and changed my email to someone else's, therefore never being notified. They never attempted to send me a written notification or alert of such activity to my physical address, which is one of their verification questions, and seldom was I ever asked for my email for verification.
To verify your identity, I was always asked to provide my full legal name, final numbers on my card, birth date, and last four digits of my social security number. On rare occasions, I was asked to verify my email.

My brother stole my card. His name is Nathan Bears.
I need him arrested. Furthermore, his girlfriend, Wendy, is also involved in this.

Never received refund check
I had a Direct deposit that was credited to my account July 11 and I have not received this due to a fraud alert on my account. I have submitted proof of address several different proofs however, my account was not restricted, and I was unable to access my funds, The account was closed, but I have not received my refund check. I would like my money to be electronically into my bank account cause someone please contact me so we can get this process started and I can receive my money
User's recommendation: I do not recommend anyone to use Netspend. They were in compassionate, caring, callous call indifferent to the emergency that they created, which caused me to be evicted It is 30 days later and I still have not received my money I submitted proofs to verify my address that were so common sense that it was ridiculous that they could not lift the restriction on my account and let me access. My funds was unbelievable was that I uploaded a picture of the debit card with the mailing correspondence that came from Netspend to the address. I was trying to verify, but that was unacceptable, I sent them a copy of a correspondence that I received from a state agency with my address however they denied that is proof because the apartment numbers were in the wrong order. I sent them a copy of my Lisa agreement which showed the address and it was dated recently because I had asked , the management to provide me with proof of

Made a transfer 8/28/24,new cardholder claim transfer failed transfer bounce back went back to NetSpend but they won't return my money in the amount of 860.00 and it's been going on for months no satisfaction IM HIGHLY AGGRAVATED AND PISSED I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY

08/26/2024 I received an email alert and a text message from Netspend about a possible unauthorized transaction. Within minutes I called to tell them I did not authorize the $900 transaction and it was declined.
At that time they didnt have any info on the perpetrator but they would have a supervisor call me within the hour. An hour and a half later still no call so I called them. While being on the phone with customer service getting smoke blown up my *** the perpetrators made a second attempt and netspend allowed to go through and be placed in a pending status. I told them then to do not allow it and its not authorized.
They told me there was nothing they or I could do until it was out of the PENDING status 24 hours later and at that time I could dispute it. Meanwhile Im out $900. I disputed it the next day and after 2 weeks received a provisional credit for the $900. I quickly paid it out to all of my past due bills and withdrew what was leftover to protect what was left.
8 days later I received several notifications from netspend about one time passcodes being issued to allow access to my online account. Immediately I called a placed a hold on my account. A week later I called netspend to lift the hold so I could access my newly deposited social security benefit. They told me I would have to verify my identity first so I sent them copies of my ID, social security card, new debit card and a copy of a letter addressed to me from the IRS that was sent to me via CERTIFIED MAIL!!
The next day they closed my account I had for over 12 years and banned me from being a customer ever again without explanation. They told me that the approximately $1000 balance on my account would be issued by paper check from Pathward bank and mailed to my address within 3 weeks. I was a loyal customer for a long time with netspend and put up with a lot of their *** over the years but this takes the cake. Thank god Im done with them.
If anybody is considering opening an account with them I recommend you run! Run away as fast as you can!!!

They still owe me thousands
Since then they have complained and keep sending the same investigation, Stealth Attraction, and also They have returned Booking.com , but the others they have not, so we asked for an audit, full reviews of all claims and refunds. They have not investigated BooxAi, or Spines Publishing
They still have not cooperated and since then has hit my acct # 4897
Basically, over the years, Netspend has not been fully investigating claims, and issuing refunds in a timely manner. They have hundreds of dollars being tied up and embezzled by financial fraud and fake, or flawed investigations. I have filed a financial fraud complaint, and even filed a police report, they refused to show the process's authenticity

I put 75 dollars on a card to have it frozen and was told I purchased 30 cards, etc. I asked them to send my money back since I can't use the prepaid card.
They told me it was sent and it wasn't. It's been 5 weeks because they can't get an address correct. I want to file a lawsuit; it's reckless and inhumane to keep money used for bills.
My PG&E was cut off. I'm so not feeling them.
