Despite having several hundred dollars on my card, they have decided to not authorize several of my transactions. To top it off, you are charged atm fees in addition to the fees issued by the atm machine itself. This continues even if you are on their premium plan. Getting paid two days "early" isn't worth this much hassle.

I've had mine NetSpend HEB prepaid Visa for 3 years now all I had to do was show my license at the HEB customer service and when I registered my card online and they only asked for name address and phone number I love them they don't charge to load the card and you can load thru checkout line
