've been waiting since Dec. 20 on my replacement card and its been two weeks now.
I finally had enough waiting and went to buy a new card in order to transfer my funds onto my new card. The customer representative on three different calls told me that they sent my transfer request to be processed today in which it would take 4!! Hours to complete. I waited the full 4 hours and decided to call them back to see why the money WASNT transferred yet.
Upon me calling back the 4TH representative told me that the fraud department was closed TODAY and I would ha e to wait til the new year. I can't believe I was LIED to 3 times, which had me believing I was going to get my money today. I would ADVISE ANYBODY!!!!! AGAINST GETTING A CARD OR DOING ¡¡¡ANY BUSINESS!!!!

THEY ARE A FRAUD AND WILL NEVER OWN MY BUSINESS AGAIN. THIS COMPANY IS DISGUSTINGLY LOW AND I WILL BE FILLING A BETTER BUREAU REPORT.
