I called Net-Spend on Monday January 11, 2016 to report unauthorized charge on my account. Before I could explain or ask questions about this activity.

The customer services block my account immediately without answering my questions or addressing my concerns. Since then time I have spoke to 8 customers service personnel and 3 supervisors whom all has lied and blaming each other. The end result no one takes responsible and tell you a brunch of lies to get you off the phone. They are the worst company and and operate on FAKE principles.

I was told to go and purchased a Netspend card and my money would be transfer immediately.

It is now Sunday January 17, 2016 I can see my balance online from the old account. And the new account isn't showing the transfer as of yet I have complaints against and have now obtain a attorney.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $133.

Netspend Cons: Blocked account, Customer service confusion, Fact that the supervisors are worse than the employees, Product, Are the worst brunch of people ever.
