I also received a fraudulent card from Netspend, and was so upset that I filed an official complaint with the Federal Reserve Consumer agency. This agency oversees complaints against financial institutions such as Netspend.

I would urge everyone who received such an unsolicited Visa card from Netspend to file a complaint against them in order to stop this type of marketing practice, which can lead to and encourage identity theft. This is absolutely awful marketing practice and no one should have their credit and identity compromised in any way.

I have applied for the netspend card for so many time's and I still get no assistance from the company. So I would like to know what the *** is the problem that I can not register for the card?

What am I supposed to complain about ? They didn't do anything to me and I've never even heard of them. Anything I would state would be considered hearsay .

I had my check stolen because the continuously sent card and someone got a hold of one and my money was gone now after dispute the are refusing to pay me who do i contact i am livid!!

I've received 3 cards from them that were never ordered and each time I told them to stop sending me the cards. After receiving the thid one, I knew it wouldn't be the last so, I too filed a complaint with the federal reserve.

After receiving a letter of apology from Netspend, I found out from them that my information was given to them from the credit reporting agency Experian. That's right, thecompanies that you thought were protecting your private information are instead, selling it. They should be sued on a massive scale.

No wonder there is so much identity their. Is this how Equifax really breached our information, by selling it to the wrong people?

I asked for a supervisor after when the NetSpend guy charged me $25 after when the lady told me that they would take $9 out but instead he took the whole 25 out and then when I ask for a supervisor he got scared and told me no so that's telling me you was trying to steal for me and somehow I looked up how can I file for a complaint and the supervisor called me back and said that she are very sorry for how they miss handle people the accout stop arguing with NetSpend and speak to the supervisor they do stuff on the side without they supervising knowing and that's why so many people be getting ripped off because they don't want to speak to the supervisor I save my account and I'm trying to save everybody else account to

I call NetSpend to do a last name change and somehow they told me my card will be in the mail within 7 to 10 business days and I still have not got my card I called on the 25th and the lady told me that they sent my card off on the 16th but what I don't understand this if you sent my card off on the 16th why did you tell me on the 13 my card should be in the mail by the 25th and then I called by the 25th and you guys tell me I won't be receiving my card until the 28th and then you tried to charge me $25 for a shipping fee and then you tried to charge me for a card that I did not receive and then you charge me $4.95 for a card that I did not receive everyone you need to ask can you speak to a supervisor if they do not continue to call and ask for a supervisor the supervisor gave me extra $10 because they always miss handle people account stop arguing with NetSpend and speak to their supervisor

I need to get a lawyer because Netspend took my money they keep telling me they sent me a check it been over a month now and I have not received a check they won't give me a check number or tracking number my bills are being late on payment because of these people I will pay for a lawyer against them because they basically stole my money

This is a scammed they scammed me for 500$ they will lie and say you already have an account with them than say you can't use your funds , they will not I repeat not send you a check with your funds as they say isn't been two months still no check I call everyday, they lie am the card and say no credit check just to get you to buy it it's terrible and the biggest scam ever my lawyer is on the case

This is ridiculous!!! They don't speak English!

I provide all the documentation they need and still can't understand that my card was lost and someone else tried to activate the card. So glad it was only $20!

I'll never use this terrible company!!! No one else should either!!!!!

I recently cashed a check with Check and Go in Lakeland , Fl the S Florida Ave location. Never allow them to place money on a Net Spend card .

This place is a joke!! They never answer your call . You will either be placed on hold for long periods with no response or an automated system will ask you to call back. My situation with both companies was absolutely crazy.

Check and Go placed too much money on the card and I reported it to Customer Service so they contacted Net Spend and cancelled the entire card with my money on it too. Instead of just deducted theirs. Still trying to contact Net Spend still no response!! Check and Go could careless and are absolutely NO HELP!!

Stay away from both places ! I am know filing theft charges on both parties and contacting an Attorney to get my money !

Why am i being charged to take my own money out the ATM PR swiping my card . Netspend is a very dissatisfying company they sell prepaid visa debit cards that clearly states no credit check no hidden fees no surprises call tbe number to activate upon calling the activation card line they ask for your personal information and they also tell you once their on the line they need legal documents showing prove of your identity.
