Netspend - Pissed
Do not ever get a net spend card. My card was cancelled due to a charge I didn’t make.
They did not inform me that my card was cancelled. Stood in line for a hour and was unable to get my purchase. Called and they sounded like a robot. So basically I can’t buy my medication get food for my son I may or may not have a card by Saturday.
I was on the phone with pathetic customer service reps and they refused to send a card guaranteed one day, nor send thrifty western union. Which he said they did not use western union and I come to find out they do. Then to compensate me for my problems he said he was t charging me the 25 for sending the card by ups then he he would give me a five dollar credit. REALLY!!!!!!!
I can’t but food, I can’t buy anything but you will give me a 5 dollar credit.
The unauthorized charge was 13 and if I knew they were going to cancel my car, I would have said to forget it. Horrible horrible company.
