I am very disappointed with this card.I just put $400 dollars on the card to buy a ticket to go home.

I cant get my airplane ticket because it take 6 business days to confirm my legal documents ( I'm a American!). I talked with 2 representatives. Why do you even work for this company...Why would you have a prepaid card that you cannot use after purchasing it. On top of that the lady told me she could activate it for only in store purchases... could this business have any worse options.

I'm not impressed with this company at all and will never recommend it to anyone.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Preferred solution: refund and chuck to pay for my airplane ticket..

I liked: Is this really an option.

I didn't like: No same day service.
