Order a card for my 17 yr old was told because hes under 18 he would have to go under my account so thats what I did 2 direct deposits went into the account then proceeded to tell me that his card was rejected because they didnt have all of his info to approve the card but his deposit were accepted make it make sense somebody so I said ok I need to order a replacement card for myself so that my child would have access to his money now I cant get into my account call customer service she asked for the old card number which voided now I asked would she like to locate my account by ss# she proceeded to tell me I need the card number then 3 mins later asked for my ss# I tell I understand why government stop relying on them to issue tax refunds for confusing reason like this just confusion well I guess I have to put a complaint in to the BBB to have them rectify this situation
