Netspend - No loyalty
I have a account with Netspend for over 6 years.I called to change my address and email.
They locked my online access and told me that I would have to send a copy of my SS Card, and was about to mentioned other things I needed to submit to prove I was the one making the changes. I couldn't believe that my tenure with the account meant NOTHING!! I thought that the questions you ask at the beginning of the call verifies u are who you. All of that to change your address and email.
I just wanted to make a pretty nice deposit, I told them to close the account was.I'm going to with a regularbank.
