Netspend's application DOES NOT specify all charges that will be billed to your account. Once your account is activated then they begin to deplete the funds in your account.

A $19.00 balance in late August 2008 has dwindled to $1.23 in October 2008.

Previously on December 29, 2004 I called Netspend in order to inquire about a missing card. I had requested a netspend card at ACE's Cash Express in November 2004, but I never received it.

Netspend promised to refund the $9.95. It is October 2008 I still have not received the $9.95 refund.
