I filed with turbo tax and they referred netspend card I received my funds on the card and took out my first withdrawal from my bank then Reyes to use the card the next day it was declined so I called they said someone used my social and had a completly different name so I needed to send them my social ID and a bill with my name and address I declined and ask them to send my money back to the IRS I waited a month called again they said I never put in a request for my federal but my state was sent to me still waiting still calling and all they can tell me is the tracking number to ups for my state but has no explanation for where my federal is I don't get it pls help what steps should I take to get my money when they won't give out any info to the corporate office

Monetary Loss: $4000.
