THE COMPANY NETSPEND STOLE $98 FROM OUT OF MY ACCOUNT TO PAY OFF AN OLDER ACCOUNT AFTER THEY ASKED ME IF I WANTED TO HANDLE THE PAYMENT TODAY I SAID NO I WILL NOT BE PAYING THAT TODAY SO AN HOUR LATER I GET AN EMAIL SAYING THE MONEY HAS BEEN DEDUCTED OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION....WHICH IS STEALING.....I DIDN'T KNOW THE THE FDIC CONDONES THREIVERY.. I HAVE BEEN REQUESTING A CALL BACK FROM CORPORATE BUT I STILL HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM AND ITS BEEN ABOUT A FULL 2 WEEKS NOW....... WHAT A FINE FINANCIAL INSTUTE THIS NETSPEND IS ......EVERYONE STAY AWAY FROM THEM GO TO A SMALL CREDIT UNION IF POSSIBLE OR RUSH CARD IF ANYTHING...JUST NOT NETSPEND

Netspend needs to issue a full refund according to poster's claims.
