I have had a similar situation happened to me this year, an unauthorized money transfer was done to me on 12/24/2016 for the amount of $581.34.like you I was told I would need to wait 10 business days that I felt was a repercussion,because I and one of the supervisors had a pretty heated conversation because she made it sound like she believed that I myself was responsible for transferring my own money, which is utterly ridiculous and very false.However, the end result of the investigation was not in my favor and I did not receive a refund of my $581.34 of my ssi check.

Which has caused me to get a 3 day notice from my landlord.What should my next step be,the fact that I'm disabled had no bearing on NETSPENDS theft of my money, BUT I WILL NOT GIVE UP until THEY ADMIT THEIR MISTAKE AND REIMBURSE ME MY FUNDS.
