My card was blocked by NETSPEND due to unauthorized transaction on my account...bought another card and it has been over 24 hours and they haven't transferred my money...3 times i have been told their process takes 4 hours...only to find out transfer not have taken place. Now the final time was told by customer service agent that my new card had a restriction...but yet he couldnt tell me why....just that he was going to charge me $4.75 for transfer...beyond frustrated with this company...the holiday is tomorrow and all my money tied up on this card. Dont know how many folks there ive complained to including supervisors...what are my legal options here?
