Netspend - Customer Care Review from Stockton, California
I had 1440 transfered from my account to another person while I was on the phone with a netspend rep.It all started when I recieved an alert that my anytime alerts had been canceled that is what prompted me to call.While speaking to the rep he re enrolled me and then I recieved a text my cards had been reported lost stolen which I had both the cards. i asked the rep what was going on he placed me hold to check by the time he came back on the line I had recieved another text that 1440.00 had been transfered to DAWN GRISWOLD.I DONT KNOW ANYONE BY THAT NAME. The rep placed me on hold to see if he could transfer the money back but when he came back He stated thr the funds had been withdrawn that the other person had multiple account.I had to file a claim fax a letter.They pretty much said 10 business days for the dispute.I feel like the fraud dept can see my account history and my transactions are the same monthly.I hope that they deposit my full amount of funds to my account Customer service is the worst they place you on hold Hang up or transfer you back to thr IVR.I dont trust NETSPEND AND I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER OVER 4YRS
