Received a $500 netspend card as a gift. Call customer service to activate the card they said they can't activate the card because it was expired.

After All personal questions answered ss#, b-day and home adddress. Customer service just told your card is expired we can't activate your card.They promise to send money thru check almost months now never receive it. As what they said I will receive it within 7-10 business days! Aside from that they took money on the card every time you call for customer service.

Don't expect you will receive the full amount what you paid for!

Don't waste your time and money on this company! Net spend sucks!
