This is my complaint for my NetSpend premier card ending in 1152. My name is Kristina McKinnon I have tried for over 2 months now to get online too receive my overdraft protection services for my card.

And I have failed each attempt to try to get online for the overdraft protection. I currently have two NetSpend accounts period with direct deposits and only one was accepted with the overdraft protection this is card ending in 0 916. This is the second month and numerous of times to get online just to receive overdraft protection. This is my last attempt to rectify this problem.

If I'm not allowed my privileges for overdraft protection in my card ending in 11522 I am going to discontinue my service with NetSpend. Which this has been the only problem that I have had thus far with my accounts. I receive do direct deposits per month. Each of them over $500.

And this problem was not rectified online or even calling customer service. And my rights to this overdraft protection on both of my cars is being violated area code 312-866-****

2-You're not ENTITLED to it

My thought would be why would anyone give someone who whines on a public message board carte blanche to go beyond their means?

Hint, stay within your means and you'll never need overdraft.
