The number I was provided by the suppose Fraud Department 1-86*-***-**** was a Direct TV number I will file my complaint with the consumerfinance.gov and also with Florida Department of Banking.

Here is an Update on my case. On 2/5/15 I spoke to a person about my direct deposit Ace Cash Elite provided me the wrong direct deposit info being put on a different account that is not mine.

She told me that my money will be in my account within 24 hours Friday 2/6/15 or Saturday afternoon. Nothing was deposited so I called the 1-86*-***-**** and scheduled a callback since they were experiencing heavy volume of calls. I schedule a 8:48 am no call, called again schedule a callback at 12:46 pm and nothing called again and nothing this was Saturday 2-8-2015. There phones were pretty much shut down.

So I found this direct number which is quicker 1-86*-***-**** and was connect right away, spoke to a gentleman took my case and he told me he was going to transfer me to the Fraud department (Holy *** miracle) but it ended up in disappointed I called at 5:36 and was on hold for 79 minutes and 24 sec finally i spoke to someone and the person said he was going to call me back well guess what i was called from 1-86*-***-****. Just to be told that they can't do anything is something they never experience that the Supervisor will call me. Why Netspend customer service couldn't just do report this the minute I reported?

Anyways I have the Fraud Department and Supervisor Name to all those that been having a rough time with these people here call 1-86*-***-**** and press 3 and ask for Troy that's the Supervisor of the Fraud Department, Also I have the direct number of Netspend Corporate (512) 532-****. If the problem is not solved check your state banking department consumer complaints and file a report on Netspend.

I apologize for my grammar realize a few mistakes. I forgot to mention also that I wanted to speak to customer retention or a direct corporate number and will be denied.

On January 15th 2015 I usually would go to Ace elite and personally deposit my paycheck I have been a regular customer for quite sometime now and decided to try out the direct deposit since Netspend advertise you would get paid 1-2 days. Usually Ace elite will print out a sheet a paper to provide your account number to your employer.

So i gave my print out to my employer and on January 27th 2015 was payday,but didn't see the money posted so I went personally to the ace elite store to verify what's my account number and got another print out and called my employer to see if they deposit my paycheck in the right account,but my employer said that the print out i gave him had a different account number and gave me the original copy i handed to him.I called right away to see if they can fix this mistake since they gave me a account number that's not mine. First the person I spoke was hard to understand and will constantly interrupt me while i explain the situation they so eventually he verify the account number they gave me and resulted to be under a different persons name. So for the past 2 weeks I have been calling to verify and every time the customer service rep will tell me they have a same name policy if they check doesn't match the name the check will bounce back to payroll account. So i notified my employer ,but my employer is been paying attention and said that my check is not in the payroll account.

I called to verify what is the status of my situation and will be told something different that in 24 to 48hrs I should be receiving my check,but nothing has been received. Now am calling constantly and getting charged 50 cents just to talk to a customer service representative and everyday I get a new story on February 5th 2015 I spoke to a representative in regards of the problem and she decided to send a red alert to the electronic transfer fund to direct deposit my check to my account,but she verify which account was my check deposited and i gave the account they gave me initially and she revealed the persons name and last name which is illegal and i confirm am not that person so now i know who has my pay check,but make matters worst she told me since it was a mistake from their part that they will go ahead fix it and deposit my check in my account it will take 24 hours to post in my account and i should be receiving my check within 24 hours and guess what 24 hours pass and nothing all i get is lied. So the 2 weeks of hard work was deposited on a person i don't know an account that is not mine and will not get my money since I got paid 2 weeks ago and no action has been taken, Now i am behind bills all because of these charlatans ,unprofessional liars I demanded to speak to a supervisor and he will tell me the same thing other customer service rep has told me in the past. I have gone to ace elite and they couldn't help ,but they were the ones that gave me the print out of an account that is not mine and told me my employer is responsible.

They pretty much stole my $500 paycheck and the don't want to assume responsibility and Netspend has well. Next paycheck i will pay an overdraft fee because of the calls i made and will close my accounts for good. Advice don't get near anything that says NETSPEND ! The only replies you will get is am sorry, you be get your money back in 24 hours or better yet a copy and paste email of netspend@***e to complain.

This company is a joke and Chuck Harris the president should be in jail for scamming hardworking people and netspend ,Metabank and ace elite should be out of business.

If you been scam,fraud,mistreated by these thugs speak out. Video is Chuck Harris see his face and recognize this buffoon.

Reason of review: Problems with payment.

Monetary Loss: $500.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Netspend Cons: I am not happy at all, Zero customer service.

I just removed all funds from this service. I mean, we're the ones allowing this guy to make up rates and charge people whatever he wants. I wish more people would stand up for themselves by not allowing these *** to steal, rob, and cheat, and then talk to you like they're doing you a favor., Wake up!!

You're definitely taking a chance with your money dealing with ACE, NetSpend, because I agree.....they're out to rip you off. They charge for everything.

If you have an issue....you'll get the run-around or you'll be charged an exorbitant rate.

Like 8% on every 100.00$ to cash a check.

My girl gets ripped off every 2 weeks like this ace holds her cash even after her employer has electronicly sent it days before I think they use it and thousands of other peoples cash that is electronicly sent fast ace holds their money for days its probly drawing interest in one of their accounts or they could be investing
