Horrible! No customer service skills at all.
My debit card was compromised, my debit card was blocked and a new card sent to me 1-2 business days. I never received my card, when I spoke to them my card wasn't expedited and it would cost me $25.
Whatever happened to making your customers feel like they made the right choice in your company? Never again.....I'll deal with a bank or the Rush Card instead of this.
