My son is autistic,he a a teenager and wanted his own credit card so we ordered him one,he ordered something for the first time ever online, we loaded his card with $100 ..turns out they dont want release his money for some reason,the documents department is located in the overseas in manilla,we contacted 7 times in the last 2 days asking for our money back only to have the documents department return our emails with taunting type of responses ,saying they never recieved anything,someone will contact you in five days...the return policy is 6 working hrs. Being that all of the paperwork is correct,which it was ,7 times...how can they get away with this?....
