I really hate it when their customer service can not tell you anything. The so-called early service is a joke to. I supervise flat out had the gaul to lie to me. Avoid these guys at all costs. Don't allow their commercials to fool you into opening an account with them

Before setting up direct deposit the account should have been activated. Once active that's when you should have processed your direct deposit.It's in the terms & agreement.

I'm not trying to be funny, but why not just get a bank? Much simpler. I've rarely ever had an issue, but if I did, I drove 10 minutes and it was resolved within minutes.
