I bought a net spend card and put $500 on it… After calling to activate, and being asked for copies of my drivers license and Social Security card to be sent to the company so I could activate my card (which I refuse to do because I'm not an ***) I was ultimately told that I did not qualify as a customer. They told me that they were going to send a check for my $500 in 60 business days.... I basically lost $500 for two months because of the poor customer service
