I used an ATM at EdCo Community Credit Union in Des MOines, Iowa.I attempted to withdraw $120.

The transction is approved, but the ATM DOESN'T DISPENSE my cash. I called the banking institution that owned the ATM. They reported that they had the ATM network servicer, SHAZAM, remit the $120 back to my bank card institution (NETPSEND). NETSPEND HAS YET TO ADDRESS MY ATM TRANSACTION ERROR - NOR HAVE THEY POSTED MY $120 yet.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY - AND NOW THEY'RE NOT HELPING ME WHEN I NEED THAT $$$ SO BADLY.I DON'T UNDESTANDS WHY THEY'RE NOT HELPING ME/LYING TO ME ABOUT MY MISSING FUNDS!
