On 4/29/08, i placed an order to have my rent paid through my netspend account @ www.netspend.com. I t has yet to be received by my landlord. This is the transcript of my conversations with them since 5/13/08.......

5/13/08 13:22 Eddie from netspend escalations dept advised that bp will refund by 12pm edst

5/14/08 12:52 Angie frm cs advised that refund has not posted 2 acct, shes cntctin escalation

5/14/08 12:54 transferred to es dept......

5/14/08 12:54 joseph, es dept, verifying info w/ bp, placed on hold. Transferred….

13:06 Angela es dept.

been bounced around for about 2 hours now.... still nothing!!!!!!!

STAY AWAY!!!!!!! risks far outweigh benefits.

i LIKE THE CARD IT HELPS WHEN I NEED TO GET MY BILLS PAYED ON TIME I CAN HAVE AN ADVANCE ON WENDSDAYS INSTEAD OF FRIDAY I THINK IT IS GREAT! :)
