Have talked with 3 different individuals in a week and sent required documents to verify that have been requested just to add minor child to account. I have been told by all that they see the documents, which are drivers license and social security, and that they see them and are now being sent to documents for review....mind you they've done this everytime i've talked with them.....this last time i refused to send documents again, and instead of it being fixed in 6 hours, which they always say it will take, it better be done in less than an hour or i was filing a lawsuit for identity theft.

They should not require DL, SS, and a birth certificate to open a prepaid card and it has taken me three times in over a week to get this fixed.

They never listen to the consumer, they always keep asking the same questions over and over again....i have to scream at them to give me a supervisor, then the supervisor is just as ignorant as the so-called customer service rep! They lie to get you to open the account, then they never get anything right from that moment on!
