I TRIED TO MAKE A PURCHASE OF $52.00 ON MY Netspend CARD, IT DID GO THROUGH WHICH HAD ME CONCERN BECAUSE I HAD THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF $79.55 ON MY CARD. TRIED CALLING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE COULDN'T GET ANYONE, SO I DECIDED TO MAKE ANOTHER PURCHASE, IN THE AMOUNT OF $25.
87, THIS TIME IT WENT THROUGH, SO I DECIDED TO CHECK MY BALANCE, THEY TOLD ME I HAD A BALANCE OF $10.00 WHICH DOES NOT ADD UP.
THEY ALSO STOP MY TEXT ALERTS WITHOUT ANY WARNING OR MESSAGE, I NEED MY REFUND THIS IS VERY BAD. THIS A HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND NETSPEND TO ANYONE, THEY ARE FRAUDULENT, STAY AWAY FROM NETSPEND.
