The customer service is bad. I put money on my card and they said I owed them money so my bill was not paid and I lost the money that I put on t5he card.
I have used the card for about 2 years now and I never had a problem talking to customer service until now. I would like to use the card agai, but most likely won't.
I hope they have better customer service in the future,but I most likely won't be calling them again.
I hope someone has better luck than me.I won't.
