For two days straight I tried to get through to a supervisor... finally on the second I was put through to I think was just another CSR acting as a supervisor..

When she came on she didnt even announce herself she stated hello can I have you card number.. I stated that I was holding to speak with a supervisor for the 3 time and she stated Yes that is me my name is Jen?? I think is what she said.. I was blown away ...

anyway.. i find it absoultely inappropriate that a company can illegally charge your account collect the money and as a consumer you have no retraction against them... all Netspend says is file a dispute and call the company.. I have called the company can never get through they are apparantly a bogus company..

meanwhile I am still out of 175.00 dollars... Where is the protection for me as the consumer... NONE NONE NONE NONE NONE>>> we get no protection... so i had to borrow money from a friend to survive till next payday..

It has been 30 days and still I have not recieved any help from any of them...

I truly dispise NETSPEND..... FOR THEIR NON CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARING AND PROTECTION....
