I do not recommend Netspend!
My card was locked as well, fortunately they didnt need me to send in any documents. They told me the money would be sent by check in 10 business days, although I'm scared that may be untrue."Customer service" was very rude and provided little info as to why this happened and said there was no way I could ever find out more.
Kind of like "You're done, I don't know what to tell you, thanks for calling." My card was locked for no reason. I was told Metabank did it not Netspend because of suspicious activity ...Ok. I didn't know me using my card normally was suspicious. So anyway I ordered a PayPal prepaid card, only to be told I can't use it and that they are associated with Netspend.
This is a nightmare. No explanation and no money smh.
Reason of review: Damaged or defective.
