First you need to create an account so you can log in. You will then have to key in your card number, then select a User Name and Password and answer a security question.
After that you can go to "My Account" and then select "Transaction History" from the drop down, and it will show you what the balance is in your account and anything you spent. Hope this helps. I know it can be very frustrating.
