Netspend - Horrible Customer Service
I called to report an error with a charge on my card the representative that took my call was very unhelpful she did not listen to me AT ALL and have blocked my card without my request I requested to speak to a supervisor (hopefully and English speaking person) and the rep hung me up after waiting for the supervisor that she stated could not help me now I am blocked from my deposits that are coming in the next 2 days. This is unacceptable and they need representatives that can speak and understand the English language not just present and American name that they can not truly represent. GET IT TOGETHER NETSPEND....
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Netspend Pros: Ease of getting the card, Online website you can monitor all your transactions and account.
Netspend Cons: Customer service attitude or lack of communication skills.
