Netspend - Horrible
NetSpend *** sucks!!!!! They need tonlse there license!!?
First I got a new acct for my tax refund I then fwd check-in and routing information. I got the card in the mail to activate it!!! Wen I did so they blocked and put restriction on my acct I informed them needs to be situated cause my deposit date is the 13 this all was informed on the 12. Because I jave a closed acct wit a balance that needs to be settle in order to remove the block Everytime I called I got diff answers then told no way to pay the negative balance then i said to deduct from my refund they told me e once goes pending can donthat then tell me it's no way it will be rejected etc all dof reps misinformed also liked to 2 reps told me they noted the acct wen they didn't.
My dispute was never investigated for unauthorized transaction caused neg and they want me to say same day to possible not have my refund sent back but told still get rejected and it goes on!!!! They suck period
