thersmoney was taken out of my account without my premission. I spoke with several represinatives from netspend, and got diffenrent information.
one person said i needed a police report which i did submit on june 9 2011. another person said they see that i have submmited all the documents and should be getting a refund with within ten days. now i told they close my account for some o un known reason and am out of $800.00.
I really need some help! this is very frustrating!theres has to be away for someone at netspend to do a thourough investgation so that i can receie justice

Your ignorant wait until it happens to you. And you can't feed your family your electricity gets shut off. You loose your job because your money was stolen and you can't put gas in your car to get to work.
had my 1500 stolen from my account when they was a transfer restriction on my account.
netspend is investigating but i have already sent email to all the higher management and i am getting ready to take them to court because in all the reps acknowledged that it was netspend fault and i have the recording.
unless i ave my money back today , i'll take them to court

I think perhaps the Corp itself may be guilty of account manipulation email hacking and phone tapping - that is when cans of worms begin to open all around them, and that once friendly faced dollar sign they used to consider a profitable consumer becomes - not only diminishing returns in their eyes - but a threat to the companies reputation and livelihood. Stay calm - take notes - back up everything on flash drives - forward every email to alternate emails that they know nothing about and try not to let them see your poker face - the devils' in the details - and the truth is in the light.

I.am.a Customer.for.over a year..im.soo upset.i.had.My.money..taken.right.outta.my acct.from.another.state...mean whike.i have.my card.in.My.lossession..it was.all i have..i cant pay rent and.amm.still.waiti.g.for.u to.credit.my funds.backe.they said.ten buisness.days.and.Now.there..telling.me it can take.longer..i.gave.them.all.they need.to.lrove.it.wasnt.me....and.as.well had.my phne.set.up.for.txt.mesging and.never.even recieved a.txt.till.two.days.after.those.fu.ds..were.taken.from.me...i.should ve been.alerted by u and.wasnt..it.was.two.min Apart.each transaction from.an atm.in florida i.am.in.new yrk.and just.used.My.card.at.frei.dlys.resturant.two.hours.prior..how.can.i be in.ny and fkorida.at.the.same.time???rt.there..my acct.shouldve been flagged and.it wasnt as.well.as.my.daily.kimit bei.g 900$ and i had 1400 stolen.right under me....no ine.protected.My.money

do no use netspend. I deposited my on the card to buy an airline ticket online.
As soon as i tried to activat it there was a problem. my info was rejected and they wouldnt activate my card until i sent my personal info like my id and ss# with a bill.
Complete scam and i have spoke with a lawyer already to help in the matter. Avoid at all cost
don't use netspend. did you know that whenever we have problems we are talking to some reps from different country,,yeah they are all from philippines....fraud
I just want to give an update on the previous unauthorized transaction from my netspend card in march. I filed a complaint the next day.
Customer service rep states there will be an investigation and can take up to 10 business days. I should receive a letter in the mail with a decision weather reimburse my money. I am happy to say, on the 8th business day all of my $3200 was credited back to my new netspend card.
So needless to say, I am happy with the results, but those ten days were the longest ever. Only complaint I have, the process she take a little less time, especially when all of the money I had in the world was ripped from me right under my nose.
I think we need to consider a joint lawsuit for lost money because my wife has paid bills only to have those transactions cancelled and sent to someone else.
I don't think that netspend is fraud but,there are some fraudulent merchants.I am a victim.Recently,I had ADVICE4U to take $70.90 off my netspend card without my consent.ADVICE4U which suppose to be a psychic network.I believe to be a SCAM because,I was suppose to have had a reading for 20minutes for twenty dollars. I did't go over the minutes and I also did't get any help.
Sadly, I went to these people for help about money and they made it even worser.PLEASE HELP !!
I need my money back.I am a single mother of five children . Its a shame when something you have worked hard for and someone take it or still from you.As soon as I found out about this I contacted netspend hopefully you all would reimburse me.
In all the years i have dealt with netspend i have never experienced any problems. tonight all my $3000 dollars was transferred out of my account to somebody named patrickdegraffenreid, i am so upset.customer service is closed.
i dont even have gas money to get to work.
i hope when i get in touch with customer service tomorrow, this situation will be resolved asap. i am so sick rigt now i dont know what to do.
