This service is NOT GOOD AT ALL!!! I'm posting this right after I spoke to a customer service representative who couldn't help but kept saying sorry about inconvenience.
They're holing my funds and not releasing it for a week after I have cancelled a transaction at online store in order to go with a different store due to the backorder.
The online store representative told me that their process took only 24 hours to transfer the money back. But Netspend is holding on to the money for a whole week, before it lets me use it. Very inconvenient and impossible to reach a customer service representative on the phone, unless if you go through a dispute (during certain hours).
I do not recommend using Netspend, go with any other but ACE Cash Express. thx.
