Been trying to log into my account for months nothing works! Customer service is no help. And i keep trying to change my password but no email is being received! So whats the problem NETSPEND?

I will be leaving Netspend because I sent over all evidence to you and you all still holding on to my money and I didn't receive my item that I paid for on 9/10/15 and its 10/20/15 for the amount of $388.99 I will not reference anyone to them.
