Don't put your money here; it's a scam. Hours on the phone talking with people in India for a company based in the USA.
They have you on the line for hours, just wasting your time without resolving anything. For no reason at all, an automated system says you got a check refund.
Money gone. Fraudulent.

Well I have a couple NetSpend accounts I can't access due to the cards being stolen,and I no longer have access to the email or phone number on file.i called the phone numbers seeking help and it just takes you in circles,you never have the option of speaking to a live agent.So I emailed them,not once but a couple times,still nothing.And it's really agitating me!

I put 500 on my card and they denied taking the money out
I want my money to be towards a bill you keep on denying, want it fix now, I want all of my money back or I will go to the fraud protection

I appreciated the steps they took to protect my account what I didn't appreciate is that they still haven't lived to the restriction and my bills are going unpaid and I should be able to pay them comfort of my home

I shouldn't have to go through this. I've been dealing with Netspend since 2014.

My money is in her closed account (Theresa Wiles) closed in January 2023. I don't understand what it is they don't get; they just can't keep my money someone got it contact withme 2 days ago said they are working to have my funds returned to me they Apologized for the issue taking so long to be resolved.they acknowledged the funds are indeed in a closed Theresa' wiles account.
I am also THANKFUL to netspend that they didnt alow the individuals access to withdraw the funds credit to there security. .

Currently not resolved
When I called, they gave me the hassle to end all hassles and now I have to resubmit the document. Why the first document wasn't approved is still an unsolved mystery, and yet without any specific criteria needing to be filled or knowing what was wrong with the one I sent in. I'm supposed to send in another, but this time make it more sparkly. I seriously can't believe they are legally allowed to hold up someone's finances and practically hold hostage the ability to freely spend my money as needed.
I will not be doing business with NetSpend after this is taken care of. It's a poor business model with even worse customer service.

I tried to talk to her NetSpend customer service they still yet have not helped me with my problem I think they all just idiots cuz I keep explaining the same thing over and over to them that I need the original NetSpend card not the digital card and they keep sending me the same digital card over and over I know like 17 cards in my house
I keep talking to customer service, trying to order the original NetSpend card, not the digital card. They keep promising me that they are sending me the card in the mail, but it's always the same thing - the digital card.
I cannot use these cards because there's nowhere to load them where I live.
So, I need the original NetSpend card. Please.
I ordered something from a company and they took my money but said it didn’t go through
Hi, ordered the detox patches from the company. They dropped it out of my account and then they sent me a notice saying that my card was declined.
I need to either get my money back or figure out why my card was declined but yet they took the money. Thank you.

Trying to direct deposit loan need account and routing number
I speak to o foreign individuals most don't know what they can do or else they lie because I'll call back as and someone else will do I just no real service provided by 80 percent of your service providers
My RV was towed with everything I own in it. I've been trying to get a loan.
Got one approved and needed the account and routing numbers to have it deposited tried to contact NetSpend but never received a call back.
Now I'm starting over and the amount that I need increases $60 every day. So I'm not happy with your treatment.
