Netspend put a hold on over 2000 thousand of my dollars for my protection (lol)!!! When the whole reason the hold was put on my account because my account was compromised for charges from an unknown company appeared on my account!

I was told to go buy a card over the counter to transfer my money! They did after multiple security checks. Less than a few hours after the hold another hold was put on my money because now they wanted a receipt from the store that I bought the card from. Well I trashed it the night before.

Now I’m being told by some nasty supervisor that unless they get a receipt I’m not getting my money!!!!! I had to call the CVS and get a receipt and email it to them. Well did I mention that I told these people I was traveling out of state 500 times and I needed my money for travel and work. Oh yeah did I also mention I was at a gas station filling up when my card declined and I had no cash to pay.

Well I called the CVS emailed the receipt and I was told I have to wait from 6 hours to the next day to get my money if my documents are approved!!!! I’ve never cried and screamed so much! Oh and if I do get my money approved I only get 1500 at a time and I have to pay a transaction fee every time! Please get rid of this awful,nasty,lying,stealing company!

How many complaints does it take???! This company is unbelievably wrong!!!!
