I work 12 hour shifts in a foctouy I absolutely no help at all so my money is very important to me I buy NetSpend cards at least one to two times a month I use them for online bill pay or to help my son or a good friend out whom are incarcerated but are very good people just in the wrong place at the wrong time so I get paid and I go to the store and mind you I take my LAST 100$ and load it onto a NetSpend card which I had just bought I activated the card and waited for the 100$ to show up on the card which usually shows up in. 30 mins or so well the money is on there and I try to send money as I always do but it keeps declining long story short they have put a block on the card bc they they think I am a terrorist !! I sent all kinds of documents in to prove I am me so I can spend my hard-earned money on a card which I also paid for WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON long story short I bent over backwards to get their permission to use my money .well they still wouldn't let me use my money so now I have to wait 10 days to get back my very last dime I can't stand this company I was totally loyal to them but I will never ever and I would beware if any of you do so now I'm without my son is without and so is my friend ty NetSpend for ruining our week

I can't log into my account and I have lost my card

I tried to log into my account would you saved on my smartphone the in the password saved him a smartphone it's telling me this wrong password I tried to change my password and then it comes up asking for my card number where I've lost my card I don't know the number, so I need to login my account to order a new card

I was told I have a free month due to a double payment in July to AT&T! I lost my bank debit card due to another incident so I purchased a Netspend Card to pay my August bills so they wouldnt be late! Now Netspend says yes they were paid on the 1st of August and AT&T says we have not gotten the payment and its your burden to prove you paid! They want me to file a complaint on it and pay them

On June 17, 2021 the IRS deposited 1800 Stimulus money into direct deposit NetSpend prepaid account

On June 25, 2021 the IRS deposited 1400 Stimulus money into my direct deposit NetSpend prepaid account.

On June 27, 2021 I attempted to withdraw my money from the ATM only to learn because I attempted to use the ATM is the reason why an temporary restriction After contact NetSpend I learned because I wasn't fully verified prohibitee from using the A as a result my account was closed on June 38, 3

I was advised that it will take 7to 10 days before the balance will be returned to the IRS. After the 10 days passed by I was told by NetSpend that it will take Nother 20 days before the balance is returned back to IRS.

Every time I would IRS.

Iv personally went to long Beach IRS office to inquire why is the IRS allowing NetSpend to retain my funds while the IRS is investigating. The IRS reviey record and advisee that they didn't know what I was talking about and the there is no hold or investigating againse. IRS advised me that my problem is with NetSpend. I called NetSpend and advised th about what the IRS told me.

Risk management called me and advised that resolution with matter will be on 26 or 27 July.

I've called . NetSpend and they now advised me it will take another 6 to9 weeks for the IRS to complete review do the money can be returned to the IRS.call NetSpend to inquire the status I was told that was pending review from the

Missing money

My problem is that money was taken out of my NetSpend all access account, in 2 separate transactions on July 31, 2021 @ 7:25 am (both transactions) one was for $200 dollars and one was for $100 dollars. I filed a dispute via email on 08-03-21 disputing the transactions because I didn't authorize either one, nor did I do either transaction, and most importantly the money wasn't put into my cash app account. The claim number to this dispute is: 1287**** and the reference number to this dispute is: 788581**** I received the decision on this dispute Today, August 17, 2021 and it was denied, because NetSpend is saying that cash app said that they were a valid transactions, and when I called Cash app they told me that they were not valid transactions and sent me an email stating that as well. I have called into NetSpend and cash app several times today, and in the past 2 weeks trying to get my $300 dollars back. Every time I call into NetSpend I get the run around and a couple times I got extremely rude Representatives to talk to, that literally acted like they didn't like doing their jobs, and I was hung up on also, twice. Anytime I have asked a representative to speak with someone at cash app if I do a three way call, they say yes but then they end up hanging up on me, either before cash app gets on the phone or as soon as they get on the phone. I am EXTREMELY UPSET about this situation, and I have also contacted an attorney at law to see what I can do about this situation because I am not going to just be out $300 of my money that was illegally taken out of my account without my permission, and it wasn't put into my cash app account, and I have proof of that as well. So if you could help me with this situation, I would greatly appreciate it a great deal. $300 dollars is a lot of money that I can't afford to just lose out on. And I would really like to know where my $300 dollars went to.

Care for the Consumer

Their care has changed. I had them for a long time, and I had them because of their perks. But at this point I am tired of the expeditiously shenanigans. It's like it's a game to them. If someone losses or misplaces a debit card they use on a regular basis, it should be prudent for a company such as this to try to get them their replacement card as soon as possible. IDC if you have to FedEx it or Send it by UPS. It should be done expeditiously so that the customer can get back to their way of life as soon as they can. They sheer disregard speaks volumes. And I can not give my hard-earned wage over to a company that doesn't value me as a person.
