This is the worst ridiculous thing you please think about what I am about to tell you
I work 12 hour shifts in a foctouy I absolutely no help at all so my money is very important to me I buy NetSpend cards at least one to two times a month I use them for online bill pay or to help my son or a good friend out whom are incarcerated but are very good people just in the wrong place at the wrong time so I get paid and I go to the store and mind you I take my LAST 100$ and load it onto a NetSpend card which I had just bought I activated the card and waited for the 100$ to show up on the card which usually shows up in. 30 mins or so well the money is on there and I try to send money as I always do but it keeps declining long story short they have put a block on the card bc they they think I am a terrorist !! I sent all kinds of documents in to prove I am me so I can spend my hard-earned money on a card which I also paid for WHAT IS REALLY GOING ON long story short I bent over backwards to get their permission to use my money .well they still wouldn't let me use my money so now I have to wait 10 days to get back my very last dime I can't stand this company I was totally loyal to them but I will never ever and I would beware if any of you do so now I'm without my son is without and so is my friend ty NetSpend for ruining our week

On June 17, 2021 the IRS deposited 1800 Stimulus money into direct deposit NetSpend prepaid account
On June 25, 2021 the IRS deposited 1400 Stimulus money into my direct deposit NetSpend prepaid account.
On June 27, 2021 I attempted to withdraw my money from the ATM only to learn because I attempted to use the ATM is the reason why an temporary restriction After contact NetSpend I learned because I wasn't fully verified prohibitee from using the A as a result my account was closed on June 38, 3

I was advised that it will take 7to 10 days before the balance will be returned to the IRS. After the 10 days passed by I was told by NetSpend that it will take Nother 20 days before the balance is returned back to IRS.

Iv personally went to long Beach IRS office to inquire why is the IRS allowing NetSpend to retain my funds while the IRS is investigating. The IRS reviey record and advisee that they didn't know what I was talking about and the there is no hold or investigating againse. IRS advised me that my problem is with NetSpend. I called NetSpend and advised th about what the IRS told me.
Risk management called me and advised that resolution with matter will be on 26 or 27 July.
I've called . NetSpend and they now advised me it will take another 6 to9 weeks for the IRS to complete review do the money can be returned to the IRS.call NetSpend to inquire the status I was told that was pending review from the
