I purchased a netspend prepaid card for my son.I tried to activate it and was told I couldn't I asked for my money bk and was told I'd get a check in twenty business days.well its been twenty days I haven't gotten yet.I do plan on during this company and letting the world no this company is a scam

First of all, no one is going to take you seriously if you can't spell even the most simple words. Secondly, I smell ***.

My refund was deposited onto my Netspend card four days after I filed.

No waiting. The same can be said for my mom and my sister, who also use Netspend.

Ripoff

I been waiting for release of pending transaction for 3 weeks now from nets spend. I read most negative reviews on here and I don't understand how this company is still in business , all this money people don't get back, and are still waiting. If not refunded soon I will due a small claims suit in texas and force them to answer and refund . I recommend everyone to file a small claim lawsuit in there state , its easy and cheap. I HAVE READ THAT THERE IS ALL READY A CLASS ACTION SUIT IN DELEWARE , I HOPE THEY ARE FORCED TO PAY EVERYTHIUNG AND MORE DO NOT USE DO NOT USE FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Netspend is the worst card company ever. They let anyone access your funds but put you through to get your money. They charge for everything and the representative barely speak English.

Ridiculous that they charge you a dollar every time you use the card. I can understand that you have to pay a reloading fee like most of the other cash cards.

This is a big rip off!!! I will not be using this card ever ever ever again. I do not know why I did not just stick with a reliable card company such as visa or MasterCard where you know that you can trust them as I have before so many times in the past.

So people if you are reading this I suggest that you do not get this card. I have never had a problem with visa or MasterCard before in the past.

Several transactions were done on my account within a 24 hour time period from several atm machines! The fraud department wasn't red flagged or notified, I put in a dispute and still haven't received any feed back! I did everything they asked for, I'm trying to find out how can this many transactions be done without a red flag coming to my account!! I think it's an inside job, cause it's only one card linked to my account which I keep on me at all times! This is *** ridiculous

Netspend=pieces of ***. Rude customer services representatives and they don't care about where your cards or money are at their only solution is to send you a new card and make you wait another two weeks for it. Had my tax return done three weeks ago and I still haven't received my card in the mail.Money was deposited a week ago

when I got the netspend card I did not give one document to them. now for what ever reason they want three documents from me, ss they r not getting,i cant even understand them on the phone so mabe that's why there so *** to me.

I just don't know what to do...

please somebody help me...... is there an answer?

my card was blocked ,they will not tell me why! they said I need documents, I sent what I had, they want my ss card well that's the problem .why cant they ask me something about me like other co. do. I need what little bit of money I have in my account, today is turkey day I have no food. or gas to go...have no dog food now im mad as ***!!!.all my money was put in this account what a mistake that was, my falt there.I still dont have any $ till next week. I will survive some how. steveooooo  thank you very much.

I Judy Giles did a dispute on 11-26-14 FOR 368.00 THAT WAS TAKING OFF A CARD THAT I DID'T HAVE.

On 11-25-14 I went to bed with 368.00 on my card after I came back from shopping.I got up and I check my card and it was negative 68.00. So I call netspend did what they told me to do. Then they told me that my money was taking off a card that I told them to cancel with all cards that I did't have on 06-28-14 because people was taking my mail. So if someone had my card that I did't have . So I feel that I should get my money back. It wasn't my fault that someone had my card that should'nt been activate because I told netspend to cancel all cards that I did't have. I want my money back. If I don't get my money back I will stop my account with you'll by 01-18-15. THANK YOU.
